Then you can\u2019t miss the deep crimson deliciousness of Japan\u2019s shiruko soup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting with crushed boiled and crushed azuki beans getting boiled with water and sugar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, <em>mochi<\/em> rice cakes and <em>dango <\/em>(glutinous rice flour dumplings) are then dipped into the soup.
