Beginning from May 1, 2025, all foreign travellers to the Land of Smiles will be required<\/strong> to fill in the Thailand Digital Arrival Card or TDAC <\/strong>and submit it three days before their arrival<\/strong> through the official online portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is part of Thailand\u2019s Ministry of Tourism and Sports digital push to phase out paperwork and slash wait times during immigration for tourists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This has followed similar moves by several ASEAN neighbours such as Malaysia, which mandated digital arrival cards for foreign visitors from Dec 2024<\/a> and Singapore, which has done the same since 27 March 2020<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Submit your Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visit the TDAC Website three days before arrival:
    https:\/\/tdac.immigration.go.th\/arrival-card\/#\/home<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Fill in the required information (a valid, working email is required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Check for acknowledgement email at your email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Present acknowledgement email to the immigration officer upon arrival in Thailand.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
