For Disney Cruise fans, their happily ever after may have to wait for another day.
According to emails received by affected passengers, Disney will be cancelling all cruises on the Disney Adventure from its maiden voyage on 15 December 2025 up to 12 March 2026.
These cancellations were apparently due to unexpected delays in ship construction at the Wismar, Germany shipyard.
Passengers who’ve booked on the maiden voyage will be automatically transferred to the new maiden voyage on March 10 2026 and given 50% off their fare.
Those unable to make it will be given a full refund upon request (made before 21 September 2025) along with the same 50% discount for future cruises.
Passengers sailing on other affected dates will be given full refunds automatically along with a 50% discount on future bookings.
For both passenger batches, the future cruise must be booked by 31 March 2026 and depart on or before 31 March 2027.
The Disney Adventure is Disney Cruise Line’s first Southeast Asia cruise. Based in Singapore, the cruise’s main draw will be its seven themed zones based on Disney franchises, various premium dining options along with a host of family-friendly options.
